How It Works
Put on the STRATA smart top and shorts, ensuring the integrated electrodes sit flat against your skin.
Connect the upper and lower garments using the connector wire.
Attach the STRATA Hub securely to the suit.
Open the Sweetmyo app and connect to the Hub through Bluetooth.
Choose a training mode and begin at the lowest intensity.
Increase the intensity gradually until the stimulation feels strong but comfortable.
Care Instructions
Remove the Hub and connector wire before washing the garments. Place the garments in a mesh laundry bag and machine-wash separately at a maximum temperature of 30°C/86°F using a mild, bleach-free detergent.
Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean, wring, or tumble-dry. Allow the garments to air-dry completely before reconnecting any electronic components.
